MEET THE DOCTORS
Hilary Fritsch, DMD
Diplomate, IAOS
Dr. Hilary Fritsch is a leading airway-focused and biologically driven dentist with deep clinical expertise in jaw development, craniofacial growth, and comprehensive airway-centered treatment. She is recognized for her ability to integrate airway diagnostics, orthodontics, sleep medicine, and functional rehabilitation into real-world, scalable clinical protocols.
Practicing dentistry since 2006, Dr. Fritsch has focused her career on identifying and treating the root causes of sleep-disordered breathing, craniofacial underdevelopment, and airway-driven chronic health conditions. She is widely known for implementing non-surgical airway development strategies in both pediatric and adult patients using expansion, aligner therapy, functional therapy, and medical collaboration.
Dr. Fritsch is the founder of Western Sleep Solutions, a medical-dental integration model designed to help dental practices successfully diagnose, treat, and medically bill for sleep-disordered breathing and airway-related conditions. She is also the founder of Saddle Peak Dental, an airway-centered, biologically focused dental practice built around whole-body health, airway stability, and long-term functional outcomes.
Dr. Fritsch was also a Co-Founder of Brushies, an early childhood oral health company that developed a baby toothbrush designed to help make oral hygiene a positive, developmentally appropriate habit starting in infancy. This work reflects her long-standing focus on early intervention, habit formation, and supporting oral and airway health from the earliest stages of life.
She is a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for Smile Shapers, a next-generation clear aligner and airway integration platform designed specifically for expansion-driven, airway-first orthodontic treatment. Her role focuses on clinical protocol development, case implementation, and real-world integration of expansion, aligner therapy, and functional airway treatment.
Dr. Fritsch is Montana’s leading Toothpillow provider and works closely with leadership and clinical teams to implement early intervention airway protocols and growth guidance strategies in pediatric populations.
Dr. Fritsch studies and collaborates closely with Dr. Kevin Goles and has participated in weekly case-based airway treatment collaboration and protocol development discussions for the past two years. This ongoing clinical collaboration allows her to stay at the forefront of expansion protocols, treatment sequencing, and complex airway case management.
Dr. Fritsch has been recognized nationally for her clinical work and has been featured in The Today Show (NBC), New York Magazine, Business Insider, PopSugar, Fatherly, and Romper.
Her clinical perspective is also shaped by personal experience with childhood sleep apnea and autoimmune disease, which drives her focus on root-cause treatment, systemic health outcomes, and long-term physiologic stability rather than symptom-based care.
Dr. Fritsch has trained under some of the most advanced airway clinicians in the world and continues to pursue advanced education in airway-aware orthodontics, occlusion, oral microbiome health, and functional breathing integration. She is a Diplomate of the International Academy of Sleep (IAOS) and an active member of multiple airway and sleep-focused clinical training collaboratives.
